Uzeyir Hajibayov was a musical pioneer and he is the national treasure of Azerbaijan. Kamil Shaverdi, director of the Rashid Behbudov Foundation writes about him with the following words: "In 1913, while studying in the St. Petersburg Conservatory, Hajibayov
wrote a great operetta called «Arshin Mal Alan» (Libretto by Uzeyir Hajibayov), which became a masterpiece of world music.

The author, Kamil Shaverdi adds, "The composer introduces the operetta to his teacher Professor Kalafati, who was delighted
with what he heard and suggested that Hajibayov show the work to the director of the conservatory, A. Glazunov."
The writer continues," great Russian composer, A. Glazunov, familiarized himself with «Arshin Mal Alan» and called it «a beautiful, fi rst Russian operetta». From St. Petersburg, Uzeyir sent his work to his friend and colleague, composer Muslim Magomayev, in Baku."

Mr. Kamil Shaverdi states that On 25 October 1913, the fi rst production of «Arshin Mal Alan» took place in Baku at the Theater of Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev. The main roles were played by G. K. Sarabski (Asgar) A. Agdamski (Gulchohra), A. Huseynzada (Sultanbay),
Gulsabah Khanum (Jahan), M. Kh. Teregulov (Suleyman), A. Olenskaya (Asiya), Kh. Huseynov (Vali), while the director was H. Arablinski and conductor - M. Magomayev."
the author explains, "«Arshin Mal Alan» gave an impetus to the development of musical theaters in the Caucasus, theaters in Central
Asia and in southern parts of Russia, and, along with that, the operetta was also a tempting source of income."
The writer goes on, "Therefore, theaters gladly turned to this work. In Tifl is, cities of the North Caucasus and Turkestan, the performance
was staged in Azerbaijani, as well as Russian, Georgian and Uzbek... In many cities where «Arshin Mal Alan» was demonstrated, the name of
the author - the great Uzeyir bay - was not specifi ed! Uzeyir bay Hajibayov vainly looked for ways to protect his copyright."

The author goes in details and adds, "I should note that M. Magomayev [his friend and colleague, composer Muslim Magomayev, in Baku] was largely involved in the fate of «Arshin Mal Alan». The archives contain Uzeyir bay’s original letters to Muslim bay from St. Petersburg, in which the composer informed his colleague about the purpose of his operetta."
The writer, Shahverdi says, "Arshin Mal Alan’ was a huge success even on the American stage. We are proud to say that throughout the Islamic world, we are the authors of the first opera and operetta... Armenian theatergoers who glorifi ed «Arshin» in America, but rather having come to the U.S. and seeing the enormous popularity of the immortal operetta, these gentlemen decided «to do their dirty job."
The director of Rashid Behbudov Foundation, Mr. Shaverdi concludes, "That’s how Armenian «cultural figures» plagiarized the operetta of the
genius Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibayov «Arshin Mal Alan."

Innocent But in Prison

The great singer of Azerbaijan, Fedaye Lachin, has been imprisoned for 5 years since October 23 2017 for the false charges she didn’t commit at all. She is a symbol of love. Her arrest was mirrored in the news media of Azerbaijan.
It seized on the stories of all newspapers, radios and TVs.
Fedaye Lachin is a genuine lover. She never betrayed her lover, who was a criminal author and poet Mr. Etibar Ali-Akbar-Oglu Mammadov when he was imprisoned for the mysterious reasons.
Mr. Etibar Mammadov, afew days after Fedaye's arrest mysteriously was killed.
The great singer Fedaye Lachin and her sister "Ilaha Feda" ( also a famous singer) are devastated from these kinds of false accusations in a judiciary system.
Why a justice system sentence the national treasure of Azerbaijan to 5 years jail? An indictment of the criminal justice system based on the false accusations cannot be justified at all.
A national treasure Fedaye Lachin to be taken into custody in Azerbaijan without the reasonable facts?
Many Azerbaijani Music Moguls Give Voices to the Wrongfully Convicted National Treasure of Azerbaijan Fedaye Lachin.
Alim Gassimov, Zeynab Khanalarova and many Artists give the powerful voices of Wrongful Conviction of their Singing Nightingale Fedaye Lachin. They want the Nassimi region's court in Baku free this wrongly imprisoned the national treasure of Azerbaijan.
The best revenge against those who wrongly imprisoned the singing nightingale of Azerbaijan is success to free her as soon as possible.
The Azerbaijani artists should become the vocal advocates of criminal justice reform in Azerbaijan.
The judges who have been blinded to the realities of how complex is to discern properly the facts and accusations, are those who will jail many artists and scientists in the future.
The real judiciary system should get all judges of a kangaroo court [that ignores recognized standards of law or justice] fire.
Azerbaijani Tribunals Need Not Be Kangaroo Courts.
The reforms in the justice system of Azerbaijan and the freedom of the great singer of Azerbaijan Fedaye Lachin will prevent a corrupt culture of the cowboy judge's actions for flourishing of the clusters of paranoia, censorship, and false accusations.
